I want to mention something about the judgment that came down concerning the immunity for Presidents because some of the news—if you watch the mainstream media—say that gives him a right to shoot, kill, and destroy! It doesn’t! The decision was 191 pages, and you must read the whole thing.

The idiocy of Justice Sotomayor saying that he could order the assassination of people and be immune from prosecution is wholly unmerited. It has nothing to do with what the judgment gave. Here is what the court ruled.
