Dropping the Negative Strongholds, the Bananas in Our Lives.

So you take the small cage into the jungle and place a bunch of bananas inside it, but it would have to be a bunch of bananas. So close the cage, locking the bunch of bananas inside that cage. Now, as the monkeys come along and spot the bananas in the cage, they will reach into the cage because they crave bananas, reach through the narrow rungs, and grab the bunch of bananas.

However, in doing so, the monkeys cannot pull a bunch of bananas through the rungs of the cage as the spacing on the rungs is too narrow, and they try with no success, not letting go of the bunch of bananas. So now, while this is occurring and you come upon it, the monkey will not let go of the bunch of bananas.
