The Day Jesus the Christ Died Appendix D
APPENDIX D - The Eucharist—Sacrifice of the Mass
The Catholic Church claims that Jesus instituted the “Eucharist”—the so-called “Sacrifice of the Mass”—on the night of His last supper. Thus, He instituted the Christian Passover service.Just what is the “Eucharist,” and what is its true origin? And what of the claim that, at the command of a priest, bread and wine actually become the literal flesh and blood of Christ in the “Sacrifice of the Mass”?
